Each unit at Pachaug Marina and Campground is privately owned through a proprietary lease has a cooperative interest in the Pachaug Marina and Campground Association, Inc.  The Pachaug Marina and Campground Association is not involved in the sale of individual units.  As a service for our owners we do post links to units that are for sale.
